Standardized

The Clinical Trial Imaging Management System (CTIMS) from imatic health is a cloud based system which integrates with modern cloud based Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems. 

Our expertise is imaging based endpoints in solid tumor clinical trials including Recist 1.1 and other endpoints. The CTIMS offers automatic slice and series quality control and redaction. 

Design your trial in your selected EDC system and the imatic CTIMS is automatically configured based on the ODM-XML standard. For selected systems and oncology endpoints we offer template forms, where no configuration is needed. Should your trial need e-sourcing and integration of other imaging endpoints, this can easily be developed. 

The CTIMS provides the highest data integrity based on a single tenant setup, so you do not have to worry about software updates and versioning after study initiation. Your imatic health CTIMS will stay the same during the whole trial.

The Imatic CTIMS is built for one purpose which is fast and secure e-sourcing of imaging results ideal for sponsors already designing their own studies on modern EDC-systems. Only users already created in your EDC-system can access the Imatic CTIMS. The imaging endpoints, including adjudication, can be e-sourced and automatically stored in your EDC system via API.

The CTIMS has been built upon a clinically-used and state-of-the-art DICOM viewer. The Imatic platform is flexible and scalable and allows image upload and quality control by support staff or directly by the radiologist. The task based workflow and identity control based on EDC-integration minimizes the risk for errors and reduces consumption of radiologists time and patience.
